Hair Syrup ships all UK orders via Royal Mail 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2–7 working days. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Standard, with delivery times of up to 30 working days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees, and if an order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the associated costs are deducted from the refund amount. Hair Syrup returns

Hair Syrup accepts returns only within 14 days of receiving an order, with the item unused and in its original packaging and a valid proof of purchase required. Refunds cover only the product’s cost; shipping and postage fees are non-refundable, and the customer pays the cost of returning the item. Items must be authorised before being sent back, and items returned without prior authorisation are not accepted. Personal care products such as beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported to the brand immediately so the issue can be resolved.
