LashBase prices span a wide range across its catalogue. A sample of 100 products from the store’s public product list runs from £0.32 to £299, with a middle price of £17.99. LashBase shipping

LashBase ships free on orders over £60 within the UK. Free standard shipping is available for UK orders over £60 only, with standard delivery taking 2-3 working days. Below that threshold, a 2-3 day standard service costs £2.49, and a small items service for single items no thicker than 25mm, such as one tray of lashes, costs £1.99. A premium next day service operated by Royal Mail, FedEx and DPD costs £5.99 for orders placed by 3 pm Monday to Thursday. DPD options include next day before 11am at £15.99, next day before 1pm at £10.99 and Saturday delivery at £12.60. LashBase works with FedEx, DPD, DHL and Royal Mail, and dispatches the same day on orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday. European and worldwide shipping is handled by DHL, Royal Mail T&S and DPD International, with costs calculated at checkout based on location, weight and size.

LashBase returns

LashBase gives buyers 14 days from receiving an order to report damaged, faulty or missing items or wrong items, and the same 14 days to return items they have changed their mind about, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Returns are not free, so the buyer pays return postage, and LashBase recommends obtaining Proof of Posting. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 days of LashBase receiving the returned goods. Opened or used LashBase Beauty Products cannot be returned, and Outlet or Clearance items are only accepted if damaged in transit. Electrical items carry a 1 year warranty from receipt, and adhesives are tested before any refund, a process that often takes 2-3 weeks.

LashBase states several ways to make an order cheaper on its own pages. Free standard UK shipping applies to orders over £60. During sales and busy periods, a Not in a rush option, the same 2-3 day service with dispatch possibly delayed by 1 or 2 working days, becomes the free shipping option at checkout. The brand runs a Clearance section and sells bundles across its ranges. Students are catered for with a Student Shop and a Student Must Haves category, and the Korean Lash Lift Masterclass is free when purchased with the Lifted. 3-Step System with Cysteamine and Lash Lift Powder or the Korean Lash Lift Kit.
