Orders sent outside the UK, including to the EU, are subject to customs charges such as duty and import tax, and the site does not cover the cost of these under any circumstances. Lola’s Lashes returns

Lola’s Lashes accepts returns for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the full order. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. The site offers a 14-day money-back guarantee, meaning the order is refunded as long as the returns process is started within 14 days of receiving the goods. Orders outside this period are not refunded. For cluster lashes, both pre-glued and regular, 60% of the cluster lashes must be returned in the order to take advantage of the 14-day money-back guarantee. This means the customer has not used more than 40% of a box, so if a box contains 50 clusters, the customer has not used more than 20, which is approximately 2 sets of lashes. The site offers exchanges up to 30 days after receiving the order. If a customer is not 100% happy with their eyelash style or eyeliner, the site will happily exchange it for another product on the website. All faulty products are tested upon receipt. If the product is outside the returns period and is found not to be faulty, the site will return it to the customer and will be unable to cover return postage costs. Returns requests are normally reviewed on the same day, and all returns requests are approved or rejected within 24 hours. Once the request is dealt with, the customer receives instructions to their specified email immediately.
