Next Day Delivery is available on UK mainland orders for £7, with orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday dispatched for next working day delivery. Shipping to Europe is free over €70, with orders under that threshold costing €10 and a delivery time of 5 business days. Shipping to Australia is free over $550, with orders under that threshold costing $15 and a delivery time of 7 to 14 business days. Merwave returns

Merwave offers a refund if customers tell the brand within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel, with the date of receiving the goods taken from the tracking page. Customers then have a further 14 days to return the goods in an unopened condition. Merwave refunds within 14 days of receiving the goods back, provided the items are in their original condition and fit for re-sale. Opened or used products are not accepted for hygiene reasons. The customer pays return shipping for personal reasons; Merwave covers the cost if the item was faulty. Returns are started by emailing the order number, reason for return and contact details. Wavy Hair Starter Kits purchased between 4th February and 23rd February 2026 carry a 14-day money-back guarantee, with a full refund minus postage.
