Nudie Glow does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on orders once shipped, unless the items inside the box are damaged when received. If you receive a box with damaged items inside, you need to contact the store within 14 days, along with photos of the damaged products. The policy lasts 14 days, and once that period has passed, no refund or exchange on damaged goods can be offered. Once a return is received and inspected, the store sends an email to confirm, and approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
