Skin Cupid sells Korean skincare, Chinese skincare and Japanese skincare, along with make-up, hair care and body products. The skincare range covers the steps of a routine: oil cleansers, water-based cleansers, toners, exfoliators, essences, serums and ampoules, eye care, masks, moisturisers and suncream. The make-up range includes face products such as BB cream, foundation and concealer, lip tints, lip glosses and oils, and eyeshadow, eyeliner, eyebrow products and mascara, plus make-up removers and tools. Hair and body products include shampoo, conditioner, hair treatment, body wash, body lotion, body scrub, hand cream and fragrance. The store also sells starter sets, sets and gifts, and a Skin Advice consultation with Team Cupid at £10.

Skin Cupid shipping

Skin Cupid ships free standard UK delivery on orders over £30, with delivery in 2-3 working days from dispatch. Free next day delivery applies on orders over £150, arriving in 1 working day from dispatch. Below those thresholds, Royal Mail Tracked Standard Delivery costs £3.99 and Royal Mail Tracked First Class Delivery costs £5.50. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM British Time, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Skin Cupid ships worldwide from its UK warehouse, and US orders can also ship from its US warehouse. For the US, free DHL Express delivery applies on orders over $50 when shipping from the US warehouse and on orders over $150 from the UK warehouse, with paid DHL Express at $5 and $25 respectively. European orders over €90 get free standard delivery, with €9.99 on orders from €50 to €90 and €12.99 on orders under €50. For EU countries, orders under €150 have all customs duties and import VAT included in the checkout total. The free delivery offer on orders over £30 does not apply to subscription boxes, which are excluded from all promotional discounts and shipping offers.

Skin Cupid returns

Skin Cupid accepts returns on UK orders only and does not offer returns for international orders. A return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the package, and items must be unused, unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. Once a return request is approved, the items must be returned within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the order number must be stated on the parcel. Sale items, gift cards and any opened or used items cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and any applicable fee deductions, including on orders with free shipping, are applied.

Discounts and offers at Skin Cupid

Skin Cupid offers a 10% off discount for your first order when you subscribe to its newsletter. This discount cannot be used for subscription boxes, sets, minis, products on sale and certain collections. Offers, promotions, discounts and discount codes are not stackable and cannot be used together. Skin Cupid also runs a loyalty programme with points and rewards on every order, and free samples are included with every online order. Free UK delivery applies on orders over £30.
