International standard delivery takes 10 to 14 days and express 5 to 7 days, with 1 to 3 business days of processing, and Heaven Mayhem offers international shipping worldwide. All orders are shipped from its warehouse facility in Atlanta, USA.

Heaven Mayhem returns

Heaven Mayhem accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging included. Returned items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, with the exception of earrings, rings and the Gaze Choker, which are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Once a return is received and meets the criteria, Heaven Mayhem processes an exchange or refund within 5 business days, and the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.
