KARL LAGERFELD offers free returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. Items must be in the same condition they were received in, with the identification tag and seal attached. Returns are made through the brand’s Returns Portal, where the customer logs in with their email address and order number, selects the items and a reason code, and prints a return label or uses a QR code, which is available only for returns from Germany, the Netherlands and France. The parcel is then taken to the drop-off point of the carrier shown on the label. Once the parcel reaches the warehouse, the return is checked and processed within 3 to 21 working days, and a refund confirmation email is sent. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the original shipping cost is not refunded. Under EU consumer protection laws, customers also have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order without giving a reason.
