Priority shipping costs £7.95, is dispatched within 1 working day when ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday, and is delivered within 1-2 working days, though personalised products and direct dispatch items such as furniture are not available for priority shipping. Letter shipping for thinner items such as cards, hair clips and wallpaper samples costs £2.50. Delivery to remote UK postcodes costs more: Northern Ireland is £9.95, or £4.99 for orders over £75; the Scottish Highlands and British Islands are £12.50, or £7.50 for orders over £75; and the Channel Islands are £12.50, or £7.50 for orders over £75. The brand also offers free warehouse collection in Mulbarton, Norfolk, Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. Mabel & Fox uses Royal Mail and DHL to deliver its parcels and does not ship outside the UK.

Mabel & Fox returns

Mabel & Fox accepts returns of full-price items within 28 days of delivery for a refund, and sale items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, fitted sheets, changing mat covers, cot sheets, moses basket sheets and mattress protectors can only be returned unopened, unused and with seals intact, otherwise they qualify for a credit note or exchange only; opened Mabel & Fox changing mats cannot be refunded. After 28 days, items may be eligible for exchange or credit note up to 10 weeks from delivery, with standard shipping charged on all exchanges. Sample sale, personalised, made to order and custom items are not eligible for return, exchange or credit note unless faulty. The customer pays the cost of return postage, and the brand aims to process returns within 7 working days of receiving them, with refunds issued to the original payment method excluding postage.
