Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the brand asks customers to allow 10 working days for funds to appear after the refund has been issued. Products should be returned unused and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Only Curls also offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on its haircare: if you have tried a product and are not happy, contact Customer Care within 30 days of receiving your order, and eligible haircare products can be refunded up to a maximum value of £50.
