Across the full catalogue, prices run from $0.94 to $999, with a middle price of $159.

Piccalio shipping

Piccalio ships free on all US Contiguous orders. Processing takes 1-3 business days and, once shipped, delivery within the continental US takes 2-7 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and APO/FPO/DPO addresses take 7-10 business days. Orders to Canada and Europe are estimated at 4-21 business days, and the rest of the world up to 28 business days. Piccalio ships worldwide, and customers are liable for any local customs or duties on international orders. Items ordered together are not always shipped together, and an automated tracking email is sent once an item ships.

Piccalio returns

Piccalio accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for items in as-new condition and original packaging. Buyers can choose 100% store credit for the full value, or a cash refund to the original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee. A pre-paid return shipping label is issued within 24-48 business hours of approval, and refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the item is received. Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return, gift returns are eligible for store credit, and partner products are final sale. The bedBED Montessori Bed is an exception: customers arrange and pay their own return shipping, and the 20% restocking fee still applies. Piccalio also offers a 36-month warranty, with damaged or defective items reported through the Help Center within 7 days of delivery.

Discounts and offers at Piccalio

Piccalio offers free delivery on all US Contiguous orders. Buying items as a bundle earns a 10% bundle discount, and Piccalio will honour that 10% bundle discount within 30 days of purchase if the same items were bought separately. Returning a bundle in full qualifies for either 100% store credit or a cash refund minus 20%. Piccalio also runs a Piccalio Points loyalty programme, and lists best sellers, new arrivals and sale prices across the site.
