POPFLEX® sells active apparel and related items across several categories. Its active range includes tops such as bras, crops, tanks, tees, long sleeves, shrugs and hoodies, and bottoms such as skorts, shorts, leggings and capris, along with active dresses, overalls and shortalls, and runsies and onesies. Its comfy range includes hoodies, sweaters, half-zips, coats and jackets, bodysuits, wide leg pants, sweatpants, sleep items such as pajama tops and bottoms, slippers, cozy dresses, jumpsuits and rompers. The site also has sale sections including Last Chance, Under $25 and Under $50, and sells gift cards.

POPFLEX® shipping

POPFLEX® ships free on US orders over $125. The brand’s shipping policy page directs customers to its Help Center for the latest shipping policies.

POPFLEX® returns

POPFLEX® accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Returns are complimentary with Checkout+, and without Checkout+ a return label can be purchased inside the portal. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact, and all panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. Initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ are not refunded; only the returned items are eligible for refund. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. U.S. customers who selected Checkout+ can make as many exchanges as needed within 30 days of purchase, and customers who opt out of Checkout+ are offered two complimentary U.S. even exchanges within 30 days of purchase. International orders are not eligible for exchange, and only returns are accepted from customers shopping outside the U.S.
