In 2024, approximately 82% of Revolve’s net sales were at full price, which the brand defines as sales with a price of not less than 95% of the full retail price. Revolve shipping

Revolve offers free international shipping on orders of $100 USD or more. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 pm PST ship the same day; orders placed after 12 pm PST ship the next business day, and orders placed on Friday after 12 pm, on Saturday or on Sunday ship the following business day. Revolve offers a free 2 day shipping option and international shipping options, with delivery dates estimated by the carriers. The brand does not ship to a set of countries restricted by its financial partners, including Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cote d’Ivoire, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan/South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen and Zimbabwe. International packages may incur duties and taxes, which are prepaid at checkout and are non-refundable.

Revolve returns

Revolve gives domestic customers two free ways to return items: in person through Happy Returns Return Bars, or by mail with a free prepaid UPS label included with all domestic orders. Happy Returns offers box-free, label-free, contact-free returns with refunds issued within 24 hours, and accepts returns of up to 19 items; returns with 19 or more items are not accepted. Fragrances, nail polish, candles, batteries, aerosols, alcohol based liquids, luggage and select products or designers cannot be returned through Happy Returns. All returned items must be unaltered and must include any original packaging and all tags the item came with. Items purchased in store are returnable in store only, within 30 days from the date of purchase, in original condition with all tags and accessories attached. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Beauty products may be returned only if unused and unopened. FWRD Renew items must be returned within 14 days with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact. Customers outside of the US are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges. Exchanges can be reserved online through order history or by contacting customer service before returning in person.

Revolve offers 10% off when you sign up for its email newsletter, and the site states that you can opt out any time. The brand also offers free international shipping on orders of $100 USD or more. A sale section lists reduced styles under Best of Sale.

Good to know about Revolve

Revolve accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards, as well as Affirm, PayPal, Cash App Afterpay, Klarna, Zip, Apple Pay and Venmo, with options varying by location and order amount. REVOLVE gift certificates, gift cards and Loyalty Rewards are also accepted. An authorization charge is made when an order is placed, and the charge is completed when the order ships. Revolve takes security measures and fraud monitoring to keep account information safe. The brand does not include a paper invoice in the package; invoices are available in the customer’s Revolve account. Most packages do not require a signature, though Revolve may require one based on value or at the discretion of its Risk Management team. If items or a shipment are missing, customers should contact Revolve within 30 days of ship date.
