Tom’s Studio ships orders from the UK, invoiced in the local currency displayed at checkout, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight and courier options. Standard delivery estimates are 1-2 business days for the UK, 3-5 business days for Europe, 5-7 business days for the USA and 8-10 business days for the rest of the world. DPD Next Day Home Delivery is available in the UK, with orders placed before 12pm dispatched the same working day for delivery the next working day. All orders to the USA, Canada and EU countries are shipped Delivery Duties Paid, so there are no customs charges, duties, import fees or VAT to pay on arrival. Orders to the rest of the world may be subject to local customs or import fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility. The brand is currently unable to ship to British Forces Post Office addresses.

Tom’s Studio returns

Tom’s Studio accepts returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. The customer is responsible for the postage of returning items unless they are faulty, and a tracked or signed-for service is recommended. Returns are processed within 7 working days of the parcel arriving at the studio, and refunds are issued to the original payment method, where they may take up to 3 business days to process into the account. Pens that have been inked or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Gift cards, personalised or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tom’s Studio was founded by Tom, who studied furniture and product design at university and worked in a blacksmith’s forge before making his first pen from Corian and brass on his father-in-law’s 1960s Myford Engineering lathe.
