Myvitamins returns

Myvitamins gives buyers 30 days from the date of receiving an item to start a return. Returns are registered through the brand’s return partner, ZigZag, and the buyer chooses a carrier to post the item back. For a full refund, products must be unopened, unused and with any seals still intact, and items are inspected on receipt by the quality assurance team. Once the return is received, the refund is processed and the buyer is notified by email, which can take 3-5 working days from receipt, and the refund should reach the account within 5 working days. Myvitamins does not offer exchanges; a new order is needed and the original item returned for a refund.

Discounts and offers at Myvitamins

Myvitamins runs a Buy More Save More offer on its home page: buying 2 items gives 10% off, 3 items gives 15% off and 4 items gives 20% off, with the offer valid until 9am on 16.10.2026 and exclusions applying. The home page also advertises Products On Offer with up to 70% off, an extra 15% on the app, and a refer a friend scheme that earns £10 credit. The site lists student discounts and voucher codes under Loyalty & Rewards, and offers bundles, including a build-your-own bundle option, plus subscription boxes in the form of a Beauty Box and a Gummies Box.
