Ten Little offers a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after an item ships to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Items marked Final Sale and gift cards are not returnable. Ten Little provides a return shipping label once a return is accepted, and refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Discounts and offers at Ten Little

Ten Little’s home page advertises 20% off select shoes. Its Membership costs $39.00 per year and gives 10% off every order, free shipping with no minimum, free returns and priority support, plus early access to new drops and sales. If membership savings do not reach $39 in a year, Ten Little credits the difference as store credit. The membership discount cannot be stacked with other discounts, and gift cards and bundles are excluded from it.
