Tutti Bambini shipping

Tutti Bambini offers free standard delivery (3-5 working days) on mainland UK orders totalling £50 and above. Standard delivery orders under £50 are charged at £5. Standard delivery is a single-courier service, so the courier will not remove packaging or take goods inside the residence and will usually deliver only to the ground floor in a block of flats. A ‘Room of Choice’ delivery option is available for goods to be fully handled and delivered to a room of the buyer’s choice, with costs shown at checkout; the courier contacts the buyer by email and text with a delivery date, and a re-delivery charge may apply if that date is missed. Next day delivery is available for all mainland UK orders placed before 2pm. In stock items usually leave the warehouse within one working day of the order being received. Tutti Bambini does not deliver outside mainland UK, but orders for collection can be arranged by contacting the team. Collection from the warehouse in Milton Keynes may be possible if the order has not been despatched.

Tutti Bambini returns

All returns at Tutti Bambini must be made within 30 days of delivery and items must be in their original packaging. To start a return, buyers contact the brand by email or through the Help form on the site. Collection charges are based on the cost of the items being returned: £10 for items from £99, £25 for £100-£249, £40 for £250-£349, £50 for £350-£599 and £80 for orders of £600 and above. Tutti Bambini does not collect furniture once it has been assembled, so buyers are asked to check each part before building. Orders cancelled before dispatch are not subject to additional charges.
