Orders to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for the standard free shipping offer; those regions can use USPS at a flat fee of $15 per pair or item ($22.50 for items under $99) or FedEx 2-day at a flat fee of $35 ($42.50 for items under $99) per pair or item. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2PM EST ship within 3 business days; orders placed after 2PM EST ship within 4 business days; weekend orders ship the following Wednesday. XTRATUF.com ships within the US only, and international shipping is not available at this time.

XTRATUF returns

XTRATUF offers free returns on US orders over $99 within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in new, unused condition with proof of purchase. A Return Authorization Number must be included, and returns sent without one cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Return requests in the contiguous US can be processed online; requests from Alaska and Hawaii must be made by contacting the Customer Care team. For warranty claims or returns after 30 days, the brand offers assistance on request.

XTRATUF offers a 25% discount for active military troops and their families, available via phone orders. The brand also offers bulk discounts on large orders of boots and shoes, available via phone orders. XTRATUF does not price match products found at other online retailers or in stores.
