Sea Bags allows returns within 60 Days of purchase for a refund on products bought from its website or retail stores. Items must be returned in sellable new condition with proof of purchase, such as a store receipt, website invoice, or packing slip. Returns can be made in person at any Sea Bags retail location or by mail with a Return Authorization Form (RMA) issued by the Customer Service Department. Refunds to the warehouse are initiated within 8 business days of receipt, with up to an additional 5 business days for the refund to appear on the original payment method. Products purchased during the Annual Black Friday Sale or the Warehouse Sale are final sale, and custom designed or personalized products are not eligible for a refund once approved or ordered.
